Two of the three prisoners who had escaped from the Mabolo Police Station were arrested on Monday, October 26, 2020, while the other one was shot dead during a police manhunt operation in Barangay Luz.
The deceased was identified as Roberto Cado Ludong, known as "Mad Max."
According to Major Dino Alaras, Chief of the Mabolo Police Station, Ludong was armed with a gun and fought back with the operatives, leading to his early death.
Ludong and other prisoners, Oliver Basak and Nico Baylosis, were known to have escaped from the mabolo police station at dawn on Monday.
SOCO 7 officials have already processed the scene of the crime where Ludong died.
